Hola,
You go to admin settings << In the side bar, you get lot of options << Select appearance << select background as the sub option. There you can add the background you wish to put. Before that, you need to add the background photo into wordpress media. Hopefully it works for you :).
When I initially started the blog, I did all trial and error basis for the appearance and backgrounds :P. Under appearance you have lot of options like theme, backgrounds etc. Check them out. 🙂

saw ur pic and after that what all i can say is a saree is something that truly brings out and accentuates the inner beauty of a woman, of a woman’s mind, soul and her body – every high and low, every bit of her curvaceous self, little or major..seriously it’s like Utha palko ko jisne din uagaya tha falak par, ussi ki zulf mei ab raato Ka Saya hogaya hai, nazar ek tukada feka hai Kisi ne jis padne mei Pura chand zaya hogaya hai
